1.Using this website
- This website describes a service in development. Nothing on it is an offer to provide payment services.
- Features, prices and timelines may change before launch.
- The waitlist and contact forms on this site are demonstrations and do not store your details yet.
2.Personal data we will collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email and company.
- Business verification details, such as SSM documents and director identity, once you apply for an account.
- Payment and payout records needed to run the service and meet legal duties.
3.How we will use it
- To provide the service, verify businesses and prevent fraud.
- To meet our obligations under Malaysian law, including anti-money laundering rules.
- To contact you about your account. Marketing messages only with your consent.
4.Your rights under the PDPA
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct data that is wrong or out of date.
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
- Write to privacy@tujupay.com for any of these requests.
